The above before and after pictures are actual photos of an existing EPDM roofing system in North Haven, CT that was refurbished with a ten year system warranty elastomeric spray roof coating.  This roof system was so badly deteriorated that in some areas the membrane practically disintegrated when handled. No leaks at all since this project was completed.  We have completed several projects similar to this situation in Bridgeport, New Haven, Shelton, Middletown and countless other locations.
